Popped in to grab lunch today and got served by an older bloke built like he’s still bench-pressing fridges for fun. He insisted on making my roast beef roll “the way he has it,” and honestly… calling it good would be a crime. The bread was fresh, the beef was perfect, and then like a culinary wizard he added hot chips, gravy, and a sprinkle of parmesan (and possibly love) right on top. Not only was the roll elite, but the service was next level. I think I’ve found my new lunchtime religion.

Great spot for quick lunch options, picking up a few grocery items, a tasty treat for yourself, or a bottle of wine. While it gets busy at lunchtime (and for good reason!), the variety of hot and cold options makes it worth the visit. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, even during the lunchtime rush. The doughnuts are a must get (obviously the box of 6).
This is a local grocer that goes the extra mile. Good quality products including plenty of local Canberra offerings and some really great international niche products. Friendly service and good hours. The cafe open during the week has a great selection of affordable lunch options and coffee.
Great little community grocer significantly larger than your average convenience store. Open 24/7 til 8:00 pm with an excellent range of produce of extremely good quality. Also provides a great cafe with delicious lunch fare and wonderful coffee. An upmarket florist (Barton Flower) also serves the surrounding community as part of this unique grocery market. The service is always cheerful and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend this local grocery store.

Always fantastic service. Coffee is fantastic. Cooked/made food is fresh everyday and delicious and not over priced like others. The coffee crew are awesome as always. Did i mention that they do beautiful flower arrangements.
